really dry mouth and sore tounge

hi all

i have been suffering from a really dry mouth. i have been checking for oral thrush on a daily basis, but my tounge is clear. but i am seeming to have dry mouth and my jaw is clenched all the time and my tounge is getting sore.

any advice?

you might find this strange ,but adrenl;in rushes can cause all sorts of mouth problems ,

Describe your tongue, is it a burning sensation?

I suppose the most obvious question is are you drinking enough liquids? Also, if you're on medication, many drugs can cause a dry mouth.

just feels a bit stingy, but there is nothing on it.
