does it matter what time of day you take it , i,ve been takeing it at lunchtime but i feel so low in the mornings , does it matter when you take it
My GP has always advised that it's best to take it in the morning, particularly if you find that you're having problems sleeping (insomnia is one of the known side-effects of it). I also try and take it with food (and they seem to have given me a stonking appetite this time).
I take mine in the morning but im having trouble sleeping at nite and my gp has told me to take it in the evening and it would help the sleep

Hi
I started off taking it in the morning, been on it about 4/5 weeks, have for the last 2 weeks starting taking in at night because I was feeling so tired in the morning.
I am not soo tired generally.
Dont know if the change around has anything to do with it.
I was told 2 take it in the morning, as I had trouble sleeping when I took it at night! Now I take it as soon as I get up, u just get into ur own wee routine :) xxx
