Hi everyone!!

I've been struggling with depression on and off for most of my adult life and after some stressful times I'm back where I started on the long road to recovery.

I've just been started off on a course of Citalopram & some Diazepam for when the going gets too tough. I've had some really dark moments and I'm battling agoraphobia as well so I've felt incredibly lonely. I'm so glad I found this place:bighug1:
I'm looking forward to sharing some stuff as my journey unfolds and hoping to make a few friends along the way!
