Exhaustion

Yesterday was thw aching, now today I am totally wiped out, drained of all energy - who else gets this? Also, my last blood test in Feb said I have low hematocrit (as I have a thalessemia trait), but my haemoglobin iron was normal. Doc gave me folic acid. Does anyone know if it is possible to have low hematocrit whilst simultaneously having a good iron level, as I would have thought they both lowered each other?

I have the same symptoms i have been diagnosed with m.e in the pass, my hematocrit was a little low but my iron was 11.5 which they said is fine? i get dizzy/faint when out especially and when i come in from outside i feel like i have been on gas and air also get this if i talk fast? so sick of feeling ill.
