feeling stimulated

Hi there, have been on sertraline for nearly 3 weeks now, one week on 50, then 100 for a few days and went down to 75 as felt to much. I've been havign quite bad insomnia, but the last few days I have noticed feelign really restless, I wake up and feel stimulated like I want ot run around or like i have had lots of caffeine. Is this a common start up side effect? I'm terrified im developing akathesia x

yes this was definitely a side effect for me, internal shaking was pretty bad, bbut it did pass, I'm sure this is pretty common when starting them.

I was pretty shaky when I was taking 50mg. I'm still at 25, a bit nervous to go up. At 25 I don't have that issue, never did.
