Can hear water in stomach

I was sitting, watching tv when i heard a small rumble in my stomach. I started sucking my stomach in and out and i could hear the sound of water and it was really loud. Is it something to worry about?

your ok, honest it's 100% normal, you should be able to do that after you have had a drink.
because there is liquid in your tummy, if you move your tummy you are going to hear the liquid move :-)
