Upping dosage from 50mg to 100mg

Hi

I've been suffering from panic attacks/anxiety for a couple of years now, my bf and I bought our first house in October and it has steadily got worse. I have been on 50mg and my doctor has prescribed me to increase to 100mg. The only thing is I am due to have hypnosis on Thursday to hopefully overcome my anxiety and panic attacks and I am unsure whether to increase or wait to see if the hypnosis works?! Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to add that my GP is also the one who is doing the hypnosis!?!

Yeah, if you're comfortable with it, I'd go with your doctor's advice. Or simply put a call in and ask/remind the doc of the hypnosis and inquire if you should bump up prior to that.
