sudden heart/chest pain :/

hey guys suddenly just got heart/chest pains just feel really tight around my chest im not or at least wasnt anxtious in anyway really so kinda scaring me =[ any help?

Hope you are feeling better now, I have had that sort of sensation for years and each time it happens it scares the crap out of me. I do know my heart is fine as I've been fully checked out, but that in itself doesn't always help me to feel better or ignore it.

With anxiety, the pain you feel is muscular skeletal, and it relates to the chest muscles cramping up, or being overused by shallow breathing.

When it happens, first thing to do is breathe OUT, then breathe slowly in and out, deeply using your diaphragm. You'll quickly feel better, and this helps with the awful feelings you get from the adrenalin rush (that "wave" of anxiety that hits when you think something is wrong)
