My name is Karen Elizabeth, I'm 37 and have had panic/anxiety disorder for most of my adult life. I have been fortunate enough to have it under control for a good few years but it comes back whenever things change and get too stressful. Hopefully I can find some support on here, it's hard in life when your friends or family dont understand.
