Hi everyone , i came on here to share this with you all.
Today i visited my CBT and what i have learnt already is AMAZING!

When i read about anxiety and panic, they always goes on about the negative thoughts we have (which personally makes me feel depressed and useless just hearing it) then they always say, we need to be more positive which makes me think "you try being positive when you feel like your having a heart attack" LOL.

Well today i was so pleased to hear my CBT tell me we do not like the words positive and negative "SO FORGET THEM WORDS"
words like that in itself can bring on huge guilt and worry.

We must change these words to HELPFULL OR UNHELPFULL,
so then what ever we are thinking we label helpfull or unhelpfull.
THIS IS A MUST TO ANXIETY SUFFERERS.

I like that - helpful or unhelpful (sounds more positive....oooops!) more helpful.
