Had really bad day

Been getting bad chest pain all night and day ended up going to hospital as i felt awful:weep: had ecg chest xray and bloods all come bk ok need to try and accept alot of this is anxiety and worry easier said than done.

I have good days and bad days, you know how it is! :)

Try to put your fears at the back of your mind. Easier said than done I know.
