Is this OCD? Help plz!!

Hi guys. I have been an anxiety sufferer 4 nearly 2years now it started after avin my second child i was put on amitriptyline n they seemed 2 work alot 4 me. Anyway it all came back after giving birth 2 my 3rd child just 6 1/2 weeks ago. My doctor seems 2 think i av chronic anxiety AND ocd. Because i constantly obsess there is something rong wiv me, im always checkin my pulse 2 see how fast my hearts beating, i worry about all sorts of pains i get eg. pains in my left arm n tingling in my fingers, headaches, chest tightness. Its drivin me crazy the doc as now put me on sertraline 100mg and its been 2nhalf weeks and im not feelin any effects yet :( im also worryin now bcoz my doc sed i av a viral infection n a week on i still feel reli ill ... my throat feels reli swollen my glands feel like tennis balls, i jst cant stop worrying. I want to be bk 2 my normal self again im 21 with 3 young kids 2 luk after plz help me people xx

sertraline can take 2 to 3 weeks to kick in but helps take the edge of things my attacks started when both my sons had a serious illness a year apart while at the time i coped very well but now suffer extreme panic disorder because my adrenaline levels are so high im always waiting for the next emergency hense have now become a bit of a hypercondriact.
