Hi everyone
This is a new site for me, well i have viewed several times but only joined today.
I am a recovering anxiety sufferer, and it does get better, you will always get off days, just try to learn from them and try not to be to worried about your symptoms,and dont be hard on yourself, the more you worry the more inwards your thoughts become until all you think about are your symptoms you just listen in all the time.
If i can give one peice of advice it would be to tell people dont hide it all away as though its somethin to be ashamed of, it certainly is not, you will be surprised how many other people are going through similar things.
And self help books, helped me.
