Lump behind ear

I discovered a small moveable lump behind my ear a few months ago - because I was in my "brain tumor" phase, I didn't pay it too much attention. However, today I've noticed it and I've irritated it by touching it constantly, so now it hurts.

I had a look using an awkwardly positioned mirror and it's raised on the skin.

Does anyone know this could be? Of douse I'm thinking lymph node cancer...

I will go to the doctors on Monday but in the meantime...

I've had this for years.....Mine is a sebaceous cyst. Mine has become bigger once, it was infected, but it is nothing to worry about. Just to be on the safe side, do get it checked out by the GP.
