Burning feet and hands

I have been having burning feet and hands and lower back and neck pain. It is really bothering me. Does anyone else have anything like this? I am very worried

omg i have been having the exact same thing for 3 days now. burning sensation in my hands(wrist down) and feet. and my lower back has been hurting for 4-5 days now. my neck is painful too but i easily get neck aches so i didnt think it was related.

i have no idea why i have this.

Out of the blue, mine has gotten better. I did absolutely nothing. I am so sick of this anxiety.
