Bloated stomach when hungry?

Is that normal? It never used to be like that but food seems to help. I had a large meal and the bloating seems to have gone down quite a bit. I am not talking about intestines but actual stomach area.

I get bloating with acid stomach , its one of the symtyms , but i,ve had chronic heartburn aswell . It all started off with burping alot and slowly kicked off from there...
