Hi,
I have been having panic attacks now since i was 8 years old, im now 30. I have never really got any help for them untill now that i finally have been referered to a specialist but as i have got older they have got worse and the symptoms have changed, but sometimes i just start panicking for no reason even just sitting at home which i hardly ever did before!! I was just wondering if anyone gets the feeling of butterflies all over their body like me??? as this is what starts me off for no reason!!!
