Hi people!
Just thought I'd post an introduction!
I'm a 24-year-old woman who has been suffering from agoraphobia, panic attacks and anxiety on and off since I was about 16. My main symptoms are dizziness and nausea, leading doctors to believe I had an inner ear problem before finally "diagnosing" me with anxiety disorder.
I used to take fluoxetine, which used to work, but I'm not on any medication this time round because it seemed to make me more ill. I am currently seeing a therapist for my anxiety which is breaking the bank! :weep: :wacko:
Anyway, hello! Nice to meet fellow sufferers and hope I can give some advice as well as receive :)
