Is it more Men or ladies that suffer from either HA or Gad , depression ,on this forum ?

Theres seems to be more ladies on here ?

I,m male and 45 .

Aparently anxiety/panic disorders are more common in women I think? But men are definatley not immune! It doesn't really matter what sex you are though, I imagine it's still just as scary and just as tough for both sexes and you'll hopefully get all the support you need here. :) xx

I'm a female and I have it, my husband suffers from depression and does have social anxiety.

Both me and my partner do/have suffered with anxiety and we are both members on this forum. I think that women are more likely to accept they have anxiety and will go out and look for help whereas men tend to try and deal with it on their own, sometimes not even accepting they have anxiety. Maybe its even-stevens, 50/50....who knows!!??

I'm a 31 year old male, and my health anxiety is terrible. Was also agoraphobic for a while but have managed to make progress in combating that.
