So I just wondered, does anyone feel that wee bit more anxious/restless/just not quite right for the few days before their "monthly friend" is due?

totally normall i get so anxious when im due on.

Well that is good 2 hear!! I have felt like it the last few months, totally feeling like it tonight!! I'm due on like Thurs, so hopefully by then will feel a bit better!!

Yes I do get like that a lot. I don't know if it's due to anxiety but I come on every 3-5 months :unsure: but when I am on - UGH. Anxiety gets 100000000 times worse.

Yes, very much so, i often wonder why the sudden rise in anxiety, disturbed sleep, then i realise why.

Definitely! I used to know when my period was due by my panic attacks becoming worse..thank god for the menopause!!
