Has anyone tried Claire Weekes CDs?

Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone has tried Dr Claire Weekes CDs? I love her books and was thinking of getting her pass through panic' CD to listen to in the car etc when my thoughts are constantly around fearing panic (pretty much all day)! :shrug:

If the books have helped you ,the cds will too .I never needed the cds But would get them if I did .I know plenty of people who found them helpful .I found the books excellent they helped me enormously ..sue
