Hi all
I,ve been reading a book called THE POWER OF NOW by eckhart tolle .
I first heard about it on someones blog on there anxiety / depression journey and they said it really helped them . I,ve been reading it on and off for a few weeks and i,m beginning to relate to it .
I think it was a international best sellar .
Its easy enough to google the book and what people have thought of it , its challageing to read but basicaaly its about liveing in the now , not worrying about the past or the future , to be honest i thought it would be a load of BS but its interesting reading and at under £8.00 on ebay delivered its worth a read .
Its not your normal book we on here would try but i think its good .
