hi ive been sufferin wiv panic attacks 4 6yrs now and i av problems travelling by bus and every time im on 1 i always panic and feel like getting off and hiding until i calm down. plz cud some1 advise me on wat i cud do 2 stop this from happening?

hey! try to keep calm and do some breathing exercises! try to relax your body and not hold in the tension! what symptoms do you feel when on a bus? xx

hi. my symptoms are cold feelin running through my body, feel like im goin 2 collapse n feel really tired.

do you ever feel dizzy? these are usual symptoms of attacks i haven't had them for long but i have been to see someone about them! the feeling of collapsing is the tension in your body!!

hi!
whenever you feel panicky, it might help to tell yourself "This cannot hurt me. It's scary as hell, but it cannot hurt me, and has no power over me." if you try repeating something like that over and over, you might find it easier to deal with them.
