View Full Version : Depersonalized during exams !

the exams are due in a week and I can't study because of the fishbowl consciousness, can't concentrate, spending most of the day trying to "snap out" and hooked to the computer.

I need good remedies :shrug: Any ideas ? Should I start drinking coffee ?

Dont know that drinking coffee would be a good thing - all that caffeine and you are trying to concentrate?

I think that maybe you are too focused on whats about to come, namely the exams and that you are trying to avoid the enevitable! Sure, take time out at the computer, go for a walk, play pool with your mates but don't forget that there is a happy medium for all things.

I know it might sound a bit corny...but try some relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, doing something different instead of computing all day...have some herbal teas or whatever else might float your boat!

I'll be thinking about you coming up to the exams, just try to chill, give yourself some 'ME' time...know that exams will come and go and whatever happens...there is a reason for it!
