Blood Pressure and Pulse

A few months ago I had a few BP readings that were in the 130's/80's. I recently took my blood pressure and it is now down to 117/70'. However my pulse can sometimes be anywhere from 80-100 normally. Isn't this high? I am so nervous! and why would be BP be that high?

my pulse is normally 80ish, i have a fast heart rate though

honestly if a 100 is as high as it gets just from taking it after no excersise your doing really good in fact I am jealous :D

high would be 200! and only if it stayed at 200 for more than an hour

I constantly worry about my Bp even though its normal....... i had some white coat syndrome going back a few weeks ago where the machine read it to be 150/100.... i went into the nurses in the Surgery and it was normal 3 times within 20 mins..... like 138/75 or something like that......

i went today and i totally got nervous and my heart rate creaped up etc and i was like please be normal please be normal and it was 140/80 cause i was stressing lol....... my readings are taken every time i go to the docs prob once a month and its always between 130/70 and 140/80...... so im guessing im ok.....well my doctor says i am!...... what are peoples highest and lowest readings and what do people do to stress less about it all?
