twinge like pain

I know a lot of us get the numbness and pins & needles, but does anyone else feel like its affecting the nerves, like a neuralgia type pain? Its like a twinge, and I get it in my head too, which makes me worry about MS

It feels like my nerves are jangling along my arms and legs, which is the best way I can describe it

Not twitching, just like when somethings touching a nerve and it feels really sensitive and irritating, like tingling in a way - not pins and needles tingling, just like my nerves are sensitive
