cant quite get to grips with this thing - i feel calm yet anxious, my head feels ok yet i feel sad, i wanna do things in the first instance yet when it comes to it i dread it - i feel like there is something in my head poisining my body its infected this anxiety is an infection!! Im on meds and will be seeing a psychiatrist soon i hope she will help me cause if she cant im screwed!!!
