Hi everyone
My family have had a really really stressful month and I have been so anxious this week and it made me feel quite unwell:weep:
This morning I woke and my heart was racing and I felt really panicky, then I remembered that I had purchased a cd sometime ago. It is of pure rain falling, nothing else and lasts for over an hour.
Anyhow, I laid in bed and put this cd on, I imagined that it was summertime and I was sitting in a really comfy chair in a beautiful summerhouse, the rain was pouring down but I was nice and cosy inside, outside in the beautiful garden the vast array of colourful flowers were drinking in the summer rainfall and the grass was getting greener and greener.
I did feel somewhat calmer after that hour and even managed to have a good snooze after a bad nights sleep:)
