Scared of brain tumor

Ok well i had ct scan like 3 months ago cuz i was having headaches thne we went away but now their back here is my symptoms

headache (kinda like a headache... but more like blood goin to my head)
i see like ltitle sparks in vision (this never went away)
and sometimes i get lightheaded

Does anyone know if this is symptoms of brain tumor or my anxiety acting up again?

but i mean.. would it be possible for a tumor to form in that time and be hurting me?

my friend has real bad migraines every day for months she is on loads of meds, she was so scared and understood how i have felt before when i was waiting mri for rule out of things before fibro diagnosis. She said she was sure it was brain tumour or something but was all clear! i think its strwss with her as she rushed about but she said she dont x
