Splenic flexure syndrome?

sorry if im out of order but iv just done the one thing were told not to and used dr GOOGLE!! to find out what this was you were asking about, luckly it was'nt nothing to bad or id be sitting here thinking 'yeah thats me' :blush:
just thought id post this so others dont make the same mistake of using nasty dr google.

Splenic flexure syndrome is nothing to worry about it is too much gas produced in your tummy normally staring under your rib cage and can give you pains up into your chest and through to your back.
Its closely associated with IBS and by what i read they say a high fiber diet can help greatly.
Its not life threatening and can be controlled.

I did'nt read much, and i really don't know why i googled it <me bad>! but felt i needed to post this just so know one else falls into the dr google trap :)
