I woke this morning with a pain in my right chest above the breast.
It came back at noon for 15 min. and then a little in the afternoon and now again for a few minutes. It is sharp but heavy and I can almost say it is one spot.
I hope it is just a muscle but still my heart races when I get the pain and worry if I should seek medical attention.
Anyone had this pain.

Read these and see if there is any help. This does sound muscular. Your heart races when you notice the pain because of the thoughts you are having about the cause of the pain.

Hi TT

I get this too.

When i panic about it i tend to make it alot worse too.

Im always worried its my heart but my doctor has said its muscualr from being tense.

I get this too, I have to keep telling myself these pains are muscular as they are. Then this sets my heart racing which leads to the most awful tension headache.
