Hi everyone! I've been a lurker on this site for a while and have just started posting on a couple of threads. I'm a long time sufferer from panic attacks and health anxiety which I've had under control for a few years. Unfortunately due to stress at work, the nightmare of renovating our new house and numerous other daily life stressors I am suffering badly with general anxiety lately and had a humungous panic attack earlier tonight, my first in about 4 years :weep: so here I am, drained and exhausted and hoping I can conquer this again x
