I have really bad stomach cramps and diarreah every morning, it went away for a while when i changed my diet but now it's back again this week.
Im going on holiday today and on Friday Morning we'll be leaving our accomodation and spending the day at a park, as i'm getting diaraea in the morning i'm really worried about getting caught out while we are out, the cramps are realy bad and dont go away unless i go to the loo, sometimes i have to go upto 5 or 6 times on my worst days.
I cant risk having tablets that have side affects (i'm emetophobic) and i cant be ill when i dont have a safe haven to go back to.
Any reccomendations?
