yesterday i felt happy and fine, occasional heart race but ok. Then last night, i did go to bed late and was reading. I felt really wheezy from top of chest to throat, felt really suffocated and couldnt get any air in, i took my inhaler and i felt like i had froze, tried to breathe deeply but my breathing was all shaky when i breathed out not smooth is how i described,felt bump
i have had before, horrible feeling, like you need to yawn to relieve it!
i felt really weak and had clammy cold hands, my co ordination was out as body was that shaky. what do you think it was? panic attack?hyperventilating? it come on quick!
i did manage to relax but doing the relaxation method where you tense all muscles and release and i done breathing which in end turned every thing back to normal, could feel pins and needles in fingers as my breathing got better!
