quick cit 20 mg question..

Me being me , i can,t remember if i,ve had my 20 mg cit tab today , i know they have days on the packet but i started on the wrong day and can,t trace back if i,ve had this one today .

Is it best to have another one (if i had indeed taken the first) , or just ignore today and take one tommorow ? What a muppet :blush:

it really depends on how long you've been taking it. the worse that will happen if you havent taken it is you may have a headache tomorrow. if i miss one i wait until the following day & take it a bit earlier.

Hi, yea l would just leave it til tomorrow if l were you. I'm on 20mg aswell and if l miss a dose I just leave it til next time just to be safe

I,m feeling miles better and don,t want the feeling to go away , only on day 17 / or 18 (forgot which hence the post:blush:)

Hi I'm on 40mg at the moment and I forget to take it quite often recently, not sure why, but anyway, I only ever notice anything if I miss two days in a row, then I don't feel quite right for a few days, but that's all.
