For anyone experiencing horrible anixety, feeligns of unreality, irrational thoughts, ruminations etc.... Well my mind is constantly racing and totally focused on how i feel which obviusly makes the problem worse. One tip my cbt therapist gave me was trying audio books to try and distract from the thoughts, because ultimetly we cannot think ourselves out of this condition! So, i have an audio book, a thriller which really pulls me in, on my ipod and listen to it as soon as i get up rather than ruminating on " how cani get through another day, i cant live like this, am i real etc etc". It really seems to have helped . You can get audio books for libraries x
