partner on antidepressents

:weep: Hi my name is mel, I need help. Ive been with my girlfriend for 2 years its been up an down as she was in a bad relationship before as well as a bad child hood.
Shes on antidepressents for the last 9 months but now shes self harming.
We argue all the time she blames me for thimgs, she says the most hurtfull words.
What can i do i cant cope with this, it hurts me so much as i do love her

Hi there

Sounds like you both need some professional help. Can you persuade your partner to go back to the GP? Maybe she needs to change her meds and get some counselling.

It might be worth you go and having a chat with your GP too - this is a lot to cope with and you need some support too.

Maybe you can both join this site - there is a lot of really good info and support on here.
