yes mate iv come off nexium im now on pantoprazole 40mg .touch wood im feeling better apart from a sore throat .

Thats great news :D

I,ve been fine all day , and now my stomach has started burning/rumbling as usual at this time of night . Just popped a ranitidine which i shouldn,t have to do with haveing the lansoprazole in the morning but it usually stops it in 30 minutes .
I,ll see what my doc says this Thursday .
