Hiya guys,
I haven't been sleeping well at all and now i have this agonising head pain in the left side of my head...its making my head feel cloudy like its been stuffed with tissue. I HATE taking pills but have even tried paracetamol and it isnt going away.
After having a friend die young of a brain tumour i'm forever worrying about this anyway.
I've also started getting this like whooshing noise in my ears its usually when i lie down it sounds like a train going past in my head and its slowly driving me mad...
Any suggestions to put my mind at ease? :huh::hugs:
