Hi looking to find some friends as struggle to make any as am a very shy person and find it really hard, just feel so alone and isolated, have battled through agrophobia but now having daily panic attacks linked to stress and just finding things so hard at the moment, would love to hear from people, happy to pm or email, thanks :)
