Confused.

New to this site i was reccomended it because i did somthing i regret but since then, people have actully helped me out a little. I have aspergers and find it very hard to ask for help. but yeah im currently on Citalopram and have been on it for atleast 3 weeks now does it take longer to start working cause i have felt no change in my behavior. Im quiet get anxious alot and i have loads and loads to say but i just don't and keep everything to myself. I am just confused about what these tablets will do for me will it make me just happier or will it help me express myself a bit more and not worry about what people think of me?
