Plz help :weep:woke up this morning with a heavy ache in chest have taken some co codimal and its eased abit feel like i cant breath:weep: feel like i got no air plz help im scared

i am the same today ,i know its anxiety ,, its awfull i feel for you ,it will pass ,,i keep having nice cup of tea and washed all my paintwork ,you have to take your mind off it love xxx

Is chest pain part of this breathing feels like i got a pressure on my chest really scared

if you keep taking breaths all the time because you feel you can't breath it will pull the muscles in your chest. thats why it will feel tight and uncomfortable. been like it many times myself. just try to relax and not worry. easier said than done i know xxx

i dont get pain because iu breath slow it helps

With breathing i remember that the more i think of it the more troubles i have with it. Pains and dizzness as i believe of hyperventilation and muscle spasms when we are anxious, all our muscles are goign onto fight or flight responce. It is our anxiety coming out in all different ways and outfits (symptoms).
Hope you will start ignoring these pains soon and this is exactly when they will go away...
