what a fantastic way to analyse lifes problems

we're all facing our storms and riding them out and the greatest thing with our storms is they just cant hurt us; they can scare us, upset us and even bring us to tears or despair but they cannot hurt us. And when we do ride them out (which we will) we will be better stronger people for it.


Sometimes we feel weak, desperate even useless. We are none of those things. We are some of the strongest people you could possibly meet. We overcome challenges everyday and for that we should all be proud and take more strength from

positivity is key, and we'll all get there like this fantastic man in the video

I watched this once before and cried like a baby - then smiled like a cheetah. For a few days I felt inspired. Then I had some bad palpitations and shamefully, I felt sorry for myself again.

I wish I had that kind of strength.
