Hi yah everyone! Not to sure what to say or how to! :o) Im 38 and had my first panic attack about 10 years ago which really changed my life from that point in a big way, after a few panic attacks i started to get anxiety about allsorts of things but mostly about how to prevent more panic attacks! I can remember reading on the net about panic attacks and anxiety and was relieved to see that i wasnt going totaly mad! I came across no more panic a week or so ago and think what ive seen of it is great, nice to know ur not alone in the problems anxiety causes, i have read a few comments and can see myself in quite a few!
