Hello everybody
Is it normal to shiver alot ,even if your in a warm room?~? my hands are always cold and i shiver alot .No high tempretaure but i am on beta blockers and i read somewhere that my hands and feet may be colder whilst on them but shivers?? i could have the heating on and wrap myself in a fleece blanket and still im cold.the other night when i had a panic attack i was shivering violently and my legs couldnt keep still usually i have hot flushes when i get pa but its shivers now.weird but hate feeling cold.does anybody have the same problem what would you say was wrong...
