I went into town and was fine walking around the shops with my son then we went to the docs for him and i was just sitting there fine and all of a sudden i had this realy strange feeling come over me then i started panicking couldnt wait to get out of there and my eyes went funny i was shaking, i felt really light headed like i was gonna faint. I was going to jump into a cab but got the bus thankfully!! now im at home and im still feeling bad i have a headache and feel like i cant swallow and keep pinching myself and im shallow breathing i cant cope with this even my fce feels funny what can i do to calm myself and feel better???
