Hi does anyone with ibs get bowel spasms when bending over or just randomly it effects all the left side of my bowel and sometimes it can start after ive eaten but ive a pretty constant awareness of my left bowel sensations all the time but its these spasms that are getting me down it can feel like a pulled muscle at other times x

Yes, same with me as well. Sometimes it just feel as though all my stomach muscles have gone tight.

ive also noticed the spasms under my left ribs start after ive eaten is this normal i cant stop worrying about it x
