anybody have this feeling when your head seems to lose focus as if youve had your head switch of for a second and your head jolts as if to refocus. its like a zap and i dont think its noticeable to others but feels quite strong when it happens. im on bp tablets and been diagnosed diabetic last june. could it be because my blood sugars where low or stress which creeps up on me sometimes as i worry about having a stroke or some other reaction.
