Bit worried about wearing my mouthguard tonight..

Basically I've been grinding my teeth a bit in my sleep, my dentist said she'd make me a lover mouthguard which I went and collected today.

It fits perfectly on to my teeth, but there was something she said that worried me:

"You may find for the first few nights you'll wake up in the morning and it's not in your mouth, because you'll have pulled it out in your sleep.."

This worried me as I've now been wondering if it could fall off at night or I could pull but accidentally push it down my throat in my sleep....

I am assuming they are quite rigid so it would be hard to swallow it?

They would not design them in such a way that people could swallow them trust me.

It will be fine so give it a go
