just lately while doing me deep relaxation breathing i get a like a wierd tingling sensation all over my body and it feels really wierd and im worried now that it not normal to feel like that has any one else experience this

Hello Tricia

You are overbreathing. If you take too many deep breaths one after the other you will wash all the carbon dioxide out of your body...this gives you that tingling feeling. We all need to have a small percentage of CO2 in our bodies as that is one of the drivers that keeps us breathing. To avoid the tingling only do 3 deep breaths one after the other and then breath normally for about 2 minutes before 3 more deep breaths. Only do 3 reps of deep breathing at a time then just concentrate on relaxing your muscles whilst breathing normally.

Don't worry you haven't done any damage.
